How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Like most sites we say allow 28 days (this is to allow for a product being out of stock). However most goods are sent out within 7 days and we can always organise next day delivery if its urgent or for a gift. The standard UK delivery charge is £4.95.
Can you gift wrap and deliver a gift for me?
We package our gifts beautifully & can send them with a personalised message from you, just fill in any details at checkout.
What if I don't like something when it arrives?
Don't worry just send it back within 7 days for a full refund. We will credit your card as soon as we receive the goods. Please do make sure you package them well as unfortunately we cannot refund you if the goods are damaged or lost in the post. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty so please make sure you double check all correspondance.
What if my goods are faulty?
We hope this never happens but we would of course be happy to replace your item or refund you and pay any postage costs. Please do check your item carefully when it arrives and call us within 24 hours if there is a fault so that we can arrange collection of the goods.
